Substandard education system

Starting from primary school to PHD over education system is providing sub standard education. The only motive of this education system is to make you capable of mugging up. It scares from critical thinking. Even in higher education, prestigious institutions of India are not taking care of quality. They do not provide any kind or training to research, whatever they manage that for glorifying their name. Professors are appointed on the basis of their connection and affiliation to ideology. They do not want to work. Their famous sentence is- "we will not spoon feed". Teaching and guilding the researcher is their primary responsibility because the student come from such a education background that they are needed assistance at every step to compete with the researchers of the world. In this given situation, without any kind of technical support its only a wishful thinking to produce good reasearch. Apart from that their is a culture of publishing articles regularly which hinders a researcher from genuine research, because it takes time. You can not hope much from this system.
