Seasonal exam

Apart from various type of corruption, irregularities of exam frequency is hindering us to get the job. Most of the exams are conducted when election is nearby. Other wise you have to wait for another 5 years. That may cost you even your whole career. It infringes our right to live a dignified life. It brings challenges like mental harrasment, depression, humiliation, lack of confidence and alienation from society as well as from family. For a female it becomes even more challenging because through education and job they wanted to prove the society that a daughter is not a burden but lack of opportunities to prove their capabilities keeps them in the clutch of patriarchy. If you talk about private sector, to enter there, you also need connection. For God sake, if you enter into, you are treated like slave or bounded labour without a respected lawful pay, particularly in the field of academics. This system need to change.
