Traffic of hardoi

People from hardoi will get it because of huge traffic on these places many a times we often suffer from many thing nd problem. There are police officers then also they are not able to control the traffic nd many a times i have seen that the ambulance is also waiting but at the time any minister when they arrives the roads are fully clear out nd all traffic police is active in city so is that means the police and traffic police only works for politicians?? My question is if the roads can be cleared out for politicians then why not for us ??
