Capitalistic approach of Govt of India

Is the Govt of India is working towards the betterment of the common people or towards the betterment of 2 Particular corporate house ? In 2014 the turnover of Reliance Group was 371119 Crores and the total turnover of Adani group was 47000 crores but in span of 11 years the total turnover of Reliance Group has become 1175919 crores and Adani group has become 1.02 Crores . Why this type of huge jump is not reflecting in any other corporate group during this period ??
