Road & Village development

We pay road tax but the road is not in good condition. We pay tax to travel on the road but we cannot travel on it. We say that the village is now moving towards development but the reality is this. That even today there are lakhs of villages which do not get proper water and electricity. Along with the cities, we will have to change the villages also.
