The pollution around every 50m of road side

I am live in darbhanga and , i feel very bad living here , yes its our responsibility to keep our city , but since it's bihar people have lack of civics sense so , in my opinion i think govt of bihar should took a strict step upoon this issue here in darbhanga u can find the mountain of garbhnages and waste in every 50 m of road , govt should monitor these place regularly and set some strict rule and regulation to make them learn civics sense
