Expensive books and fees of Private mainly CBSE Affiliated school

In schools they set their partner book shop and all parents have to buy books to only these shops and books are very expensive . For example my sister in 8th standard and her book's cost 9000₹ and fees is 40000₹ and having no extra curriculum activities. So , we want new rules and only NCERT books should be teach in each class.
