Saran's Issue

Saran is a dependent and predominantly rural district, where approximately 91% of the population resides in rural areas.
The demographic pressure on the land—that is, the population density—is extremely high. Consequently, multiple family members work on a single farm, even when their labor is not actually required there. As a result, the per capita income derived from agriculture becomes extremely low. Why, after all, does the government not pay attention to these matters?
