Bureaucracy

Bureaucracy in India has reached a point where the rich keep getting richer, while the poor continue becoming poorer. A person who already has power, influence, or a high government position often helps his own relatives, friends, and close connections get adjusted into departments whenever vacancies appear.
Meanwhile, the common and poor person usually has no one to support him, no connections, and no influence. If you look around, you will find thousands of families where not even a single person has ever been a government employee. On the other hand, there are families where one person reaches a powerful government post, and then generation after generation from the same family enters government jobs.
This creates a feeling that the system is unfair and unequal. People begin to believe that opportunities are not based only on merit, hard work, or talent, but also on influence, recommendations, and connections.
When ordinary people repeatedly see favoritism, nepotism, and unequal access to opportunities, it naturally raises serious questions about transparency, justice, and fairness in the system
