Protection of animals

Humans have become so selfish that I have personally seen injured horses on the roads countless times. Many horses are dying, and their condition is becoming worse day by day. People use these horses when they need them for work, but once the work is finished, they abandon them on roads and streets.
I have seen many horses badly injured and many dying helplessly. I also saw that stray horses on roads caused accidents, creating a serious risk to human lives as well.
After witnessing this, I raised the issue many times. I wrote to the administration, the Pollution Control Board, the Animal Husbandry Department, and Municipal Committees. But the level of corruption and negligence is such that I did not receive even a single proper response from any department except the Animal Husbandry Department.
