The farmer's fundamental problem stems from the loans owed to banks; when these cannot be repaid on time, he is bombarded with notice after notice, and, driven to desperation, he ultimately resorts to suicide. What has this incompetent government actually done for the farmers? Today, an outcry of distress echoes everywhere who will listen to their plight?
