In the villages, health remains a subject of mockery even today.

The health-related issues here are extremely alarming and grave; the government has turned the plight of the villagers into a mockery. The situation is dire even in Chapra town—let alone the villages. To this day, Chapra lacks good hospitals and competent doctors. The private practitioners operating here merely fleece common people in the name of healthcare. As for the facilities at the government-run Sadar Hospital—words fail to describe their inadequacy; it is perpetually devoid of essential amenities. People from the villages flock to Chapra seeking medical aid, but regrettably, they find no proper healthcare infrastructure anywhere here. Health issues are rampant, and people are dying every day because they cannot access quality medical treatment. The entire system here is riddled with corruption; government officials exploit and defraud citizens in the name of healthcare. In fact, the government has appointed a Health Minister in Bihar whose own health is in poor condition. This situation must be changed at all costs and only we, the "Cockroaches" 🪳, are capable of accomplishing such a task.
