Waste of resource on CBI

CBI is wasting time and because of it, institute is not involved in working with BCCL. BCCL coal testing was shifted to another government body because BCCL was allegedly doing some corruption while selling coal, the testing institute was earning more than the allotted budget to the institute. The CBI is doing an investigation on the testing institute, but it has been going since ages and testing from that institute has stopped. According to rules of MoS&T the institute can pay more to the involved work force based on the involvement in beyond the sanctioned money. Now its to a concern that is the CBI taking time so the BCCL can allegedly do more corruption of finding it hard to form a case against the director or the testing institute who was giving more money beyond the workforce(allegedly)
