Concern Regarding Disposal of Cases Without Proper Hearing of Poor Citizens

Respected Team,

I want to raise concern regarding the difficulties faced by poor and ordinary citizens in receiving fair and complete hearings in administrative and judicial matters.

It is often experienced that cases and complaints are disposed of primarily on the basis of reports or statements submitted by authorities, without properly listening to the affected citizen or allowing complete presentation of facts and evidence.

This situation increases public distrust and may encourage misuse of power at the administrative level, because poor citizens frequently feel unheard despite approaching legal institutions for justice.

Many citizens are unable to afford expensive legal representation and should be allowed fair opportunity to personally present their case, facts and constitutional concerns before matters are disposed.

No complaint or case should be closed without proper hearing, full consideration of evidence and equal opportunity for the affected person to speak.

I respectfully request stronger transparency, accountability and protection of natural justice principles so that decisions are not based only on official submissions without fair hearing of citizens.

Thank you.
