Alleged Administrative Irregularities in RTI and Complaint Handling

Respected Team,

I want to raise concern regarding lack of transparency and accountability in handling RTI-related matters and public complaints.

Several RTI applications and representations were submitted seeking information related to administrative actions and public records. However, despite lawful requests, complete and satisfactory information was not provided.

It is also alleged that certain complaints/inquiries were closed without proper notice, hearing or prior information to the complainant, which raises serious concern regarding procedural fairness and transparency.

After continuously seeking information and accountability through legal and constitutional methods, unnecessary pressure and difficulties were allegedly faced at the local administrative level.

I believe such actions affect citizen rights related to transparency, access to information, natural justice and fair administrative procedure.

I respectfully request independent review, transparency and lawful action in the interest of justice and accountability.
