Request for constitutional and administrative justice regarding local authority actions

Respected Team,

I want to raise concern regarding continuous administrative inaction, unfair treatment and alleged misuse of authority related to my local issue in Mahuari Khurd, Vijaypur, Mirzapur.

Despite repeated complaints, applications and supporting evidence, no proper action has been taken against concerned officials. Relevant records, photographs and documents are available for verification.

Due to lack of administrative response, the matter was also taken before the Hon’ble High Court for protection of fundamental and constitutional rights. However, even after approaching legal institutions, effective ground-level action and accountability were not ensured.

After speaking truthfully and raising concerns before authorities, it is alleged that retaliatory actions and false proceedings/FIR-related pressure were faced at the local administrative level involving concerned officials.

I believe this matter affects constitutional principles related to fairness, equal treatment, lawful procedure and protection of citizen rights.

I respectfully request transparent inquiry, independent review and lawful action in the interest of justice and accountability.
