Tell me is our constitution Judiciary system perfect??

Broo tell me if the Judiciary system say it right then is it correct to do?? I hate our judiciary system because if you kill a rapist then you will be punished, whyy broo??
According to me the entire judiciary system is false, if some one steal 200 crores for the government , he get hardly 7 years of jail with multiple bails ,If some poor steal 1000rs for food he will get the some punishment same as the person who stole 100cr,why the same??
Also if find someone who stole 100cr the he say I use 100cr the government can't takes his family property even the man spent all the money on the family

As a student i want to say that we need to change the Judiciary system by changing the punishment by how serious his actions effect other how impact it makes on othere, by this if a man stole 1000rs for food it don't
Much so less person if stole 1000cr , very impact and so many suffer because of his so heavy punishment.
Also there family must take the responsibility because in so many cases the corrupt one use the most of the money for his family so his much pay every rupee which the man spent on them even as a det,
