Government should be focusing on population control, family planning, encouraging

Rather than paying the couple for having more than one child and destroying tax payers money which is the root cause of poverty, environmental destruction, pollution, impoverished infrastructure, loss of resources and gap in education - employment and a loophole in the entire system, it is time to step up and encourage improved and advance family planning, awareness camps, one street at a time, need for population control accessibility to contraceptives and support groups all around the country to keep over population at bay
