What bothers me most is seeing talented and educated youth losing hope despite having skills, degrees, and potential. Many students work hard for years, but due to limited opportunities.

One of the biggest issues in Kashmir today is the crisis of educated youth unemployment. Thousands of young people complete degrees like MBA, M.Com, Engineering, MBBS, and other professional courses every year, but suitable job opportunities remain very limited.
