Issue with revenue officials

Im shocked with all these issues. I have one too with RI in MRO office where they denied to provide me a NOC which is related to my ration card as they said my behaviour isn\'t worth enough🤷🏼should I need to beg? Idk i have written a well defined letter submitted all the proofs!! They just said i didn\'t like your behaviour what should I do Im visiting their office for every 2-3 days all the fuel and my time got wasted and this is the response they gave me after 3 months 🙌🏼🫠
